About the Role
We are looking for a Client Services Manager on our Brand Partnerships team to provide customer support and manage client relationships. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills and a strong attention to detail to execute highly effective campaigns that exceed client expectations and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Own brand partner’s transition from pre-sale to post-sale, including by not limited to: compiling campaign assets, offering mid-campaign optimizations, and providing post-campaign wrap reporting.
- Facilitate smooth creative processes, maintain campaign timelines, manage client feedback, and ensure approval prior to launch.
- Manage the copywriting schedule and interface with brand partners to communicate on copy direction, strategy, and results.
- Manage and optimize external and internal copywriters.
- Assist with copywriting when needed to produce successful campaigns that exceed client expectations.
- Update reporting and data collection for client campaigns and deliver post-campaign results and wrap reporting.
- Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing client advertisers - supporting IO and other documentation logistics, including RFPs.
- Establish KPIs and other benchmarks for success.
- Support the partnerships team with any client related matters, including but not limited to renewal strategy based on performance and client objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- High attention to detail, strong writing skills, excellent time management, and multitasking abilities.
- A creative and strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in project management tools and communication platforms.
- Candidate must have hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), including managing the ad load process and implementing and troubleshooting ad tags. A strong understanding of tag management and ad serving optimization is essential.
