We're preparing to launch and looking for a right-hand human to help with both behind-the-scenes business operations and the delightful front-facing stuff (like social media and content). This hybrid role is perfect for someone organized, creative, detail-oriented, and excited to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced, early-stage startup.
✨ About The Role
You’ll be the multitasking MVP—part Executive Assistant, part Marketing Assistant—supporting the founder with admin tasks while also helping us build our digital presence. One day you might be tracking expenses or organizing a meeting, and the next, you’re brainstorming Instagram Reels or drafting our next newsletter.
This role is flexible, collaborative, and ideal for someone who thrives in a “just figure it out” kind of environment. You’ll have autonomy, creative input, and room to grow.
🧰 Responsibilities
Executive & Admin Support (Approx. 30–40% of time):
- Manage scheduling, email follow-ups, and occasional research tasks
- Handle light bookkeeping and expense reports
- Keep track of ongoing projects and task management
- Assist with file organization and operational documentation
- Join weekly check-ins to help prioritize tasks and goals
Marketing & Content (Approx. 60–70% of time):
- Set up and manage social accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
- Help craft and schedule posts aligned with our voice and brand
- Draft and edit blog posts and email content
- Support email campaign setup and performance tracking
- Assist with light graphic design using Adobe Express and Figma
- Conduct research on marketing trends, travel insights, and emerging marketing tools
- Repurpose content across platforms and brainstorm fun, thumb-stopping ideas

You Might Be a Fit If You…
- Are a strong communicator and an even stronger organizer
- Love travel, tech, and figuring things out
- Have some social media, video production, and marketing experience (internships count!)
- Are comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Adobe Express, Figma, and social scheduling platforms
- Can write in a friendly, clever, and informative tone (bonus points if you’ve got a sense of humor 🧠✨)
- Are self-motivated, dependable, and open to feedback
- Have a creative eye and a knack for logistics and details
- Are available to meet in-person occasionally in Nashville
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have):
- Basic video production and editing
- Familiarity with SEO or Google Analytics
- Experience with PR or affiliate marketing
