• The Member Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the planning and coordinating of all aspects of Club events held within the Club, as well as creating, distributing, and promoting event information via the Club's many outlets. They will also be responsible for acting as an ambassador within the Club and fostering relationships with Members.
• Plan, organize, and manage all Club events within the facility to meet contractual obligations with the highest quality possible of guest service.
• Secure, manage, and coordinate contractors and vendors as necessary to successfully accomplish the event.
• Ensure proper management of all Club events, including but not limited to, basic set up, table placement, menu creation, bar locations, marketing, servicing, and corresponding administrative procedures.
• Generates all necessary material requests, check requests, and support material to ensure all invoices are paid properly.
• Responsible for communication to Members via multiple outlets, including but not limited to, emails, creation of flyers, bi-monthly Newsletter.
• Oversees pre-event and onsite communication with members.
• Represents and delivers service excellence that is keeping with the Club brand.
• Candidate will be needed to work events; a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Manages social media outlets, Instagram and Facebook, and works with the team to plan and implement content.
• Knowledge of Canva is preferred.
• Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, with a typical workday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Hours may vary depending on the event schedule.
