Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will be accountable for ensuring the success and excellence of marketing efforts across multiple channels and will coordinate social media initiatives, manage digital and print marketing materials, assist with website updates, and maintain marketing inventory.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following
- Coordinate and execute social media efforts for the company and its divisions, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Assist in managing and updating the company’s family of websites, ensuring content accuracy and optimization.
- Create and design marketing materials such as print products, business cards, and other sales enablement tools to support business objectives.
- Oversee and manage the company’s webstore, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Own and maintain the marketing inventory management system, tracking materials and ensuring availability.
- Partner with marketing vendors to ensure the standard of excellence is maintained.
- Ensure brand consistency is maintained across all divisions of the company.
- Manage the company’s marketing portal and subsequent marketing requests.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and a proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with brand management and maintaining brand integrity.
- Knowledgeable of web design principles and content management systems.
- Assist in creating and managing the company newsletter.
- Able to travel to various company locations to build strong and effective relationships with the sales team.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university in Marketing or a related field; or 1-2 years related work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mathematical Skills: Must be able to perform basic mathematical equations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, use of whole numbers, and percentage and decimals.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, the individual should have intermediate computer skills, knowledge of MS Office Software (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook), and internet software. Knowledge of HubSpot, Canva, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, SEO and knowledge of social media platforms is a plus.
