Title: Project Manager
Duration: 6 Months
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $53.82/hr.
Job Description:
Value Co-Creation is an enterprise-wide initiative with the goal of transforming clients’ ways of working together across Business, Product, and Technology functions to drive enhanced customer value and business outcomes faster. Examples of new ways of working include but are not limited to enhanced collaboration and co-creation across business, product, and technology through all stages of the product development cycle; ensuring alignment with architecture frameworks and standards; evolving capacity management and execution oversight to enable the key tenets of the value co-creation model. The contractor in this role will be an instrumental thought partner in project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain executive-level materials and communications for a variety of audiences and forums (monthly newsletter, FAQs, etc.).
- Build an internal website marketing the Value Co-Creation ways of working to the border client’s community and update content as needed.
- Maintain communication distribution lists across 6 persona types (up to 13,000 people).
- Ensure data across team tracker(s) is accurate and consistent.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project milestones and next steps.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management working on high-priority, large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate messages to a variety of audiences across functions and levels.
- Extensive expertise in SharePoint, Confluence, and Microsoft suite.
- Proficiency in Airtable is a plus.
- Experience with UX design is a plus.
