- Own event strategy & execution – from trade shows to team-building events.
- Collaborate with executives & key teams to align events with business goals.
- Manage budgets & vendor negotiations for cost-effective, high-impact events.
- Track & analyze event ROI, ensuring measurable success.
- Optimize office experience for employees, guests, and stakeholders.
💡 What You Bring
✔ 5+ years in corporate event management, trade shows, or executive event planning.
✔ Tech-savvy with strong skills in budgeting, reporting, and Slack or similar.
✔ Strong communication & stakeholder management experience.
✔ Data-driven mindset – ability to analyze event performance & optimize.
✔ Exceptional organizational & problem-solving skills under pressure.
✨ Bonus Points for: Asana experience, social media/event marketing skills, or a strong event planning network.
📅 Travel: Up to 8 times per year for key events.
