What do we need from you?Be thorough, organized, and capable of handling many diverse projects that help the ICAT Marketing Team achieve goals, like increasing brand awareness, creating customer loyalty, and improving overall sales efforts. Have an optimistic outlook toward all daily tasks and exhibit our core values.
What will you have the opportunity to do?
- Create external email campaigns on behalf of our ICAT offices to send to their client base and prospects
- Assist in creating and sending internal updates to all ICAT employees
- Send weekly sales rep ranking reports to the agencies and sales teams
- Create a newsletter and send it out via email marketing program
- Perform research, data upkeep, and data analysis
- Keep our intranet up to date with the latest materials
- Maintain marketing supplies, printed materials, and promotional item stock
- Design and order business cards for all employees and new agencies
- Create custom items and designs for various projects and outreach initiatives
- Assist in putting together agency and sales marketing packages, customer packets, and customer and prospect packages
- Help the Marketing Manager plan out and post on all social media platforms
