Overview: The E-commerce Merchandising Coordinator will assist in maintaining, optimizing, and analyzing online visual merchandising and content for both the US and Canadian websites. They are responsible for providing accurate and relevant insights regarding merchandising to capitalize on opportunities that will positively affect the E-commerce business. Additionally, the E-commerce Merchandising Coordinator will work with Central Paris teams on newsletter curation and launches online. The E-commerce Merchandising Coordinator reports in directly to the Manager of Ecommerce, the Americas.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Assist in daily visual merchandising of all website sections by selecting a cohesive, theme appropriate assortment, and organizing product selection in a visually appealing, business-oriented and customer centric layout.
- Identify and execute key item strategies, optimal product placements, catalog pushes, and business driving opportunities.
- Review online content (product description, visual, missing images) and propose improvements based on analysis.
- Responsible for curation of newsletters and content changes, as well as providing A/B test scenarios.
- Own the full scope of the product cycle, including enabling/disabling, reviewing inbound deliveries.
- Manage pre-order activation, sales, and placement to generate traffic and newness to the site.
- Responsible for continuous QA of the websites of all product images, copy, availability, and visual merchandising to optimize sales and visibility.
- Utilize Google Analytics to assist the E-commerce team on all site-driven statistics and analysis surrounding product or seasonal launches or business explanations.
- Identify site issues specific to merchandising and work with appropriate internal teams to resolve.
- Proactively ensure product is ready for upcoming launches and alerts the team on any product or content issues that might hinder those launches.
- Perform competitive analysis and market benchmarking by researching competitor’s online content strategy, promotional campaigns, and emerging trends seen online.
- Actively strive to achieve key performance indicators to improve E-commerce results in reaching business targets.
- Aid the E-commerce team in completing the Weekly and Monthly reports relating to product selling to obtain a clear understanding of business trends and action plans.
- Collaborate with different departments on relevant insights in a professional manner.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service/retail, preferably in a luxury environment or similar role
- Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility
- Ideal candidate has work experience in medium sized multinational company or luxury business.
- Additional language fluency is a plus
- Adheres to company policy and confidentiality

Christian Louboutin envisions the general compensation range for this position to be $52k- $58k per YEAR.
