The Impact You’ll Make
- Build and scale a high-impact talent team using the same principles that drive world-class sales organizations: market intelligence, consultative engagement, and a proactive pipeline strategy.
- Partner with senior leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop proactive talent solutions that align with business goals.
- Drive talent intelligence efforts to inform decision-making, leveraging data and market insights.
- Architect and implement scalable talent attraction, retention, and engagement programs that set us apart in the industry.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing talent team, fostering a consultative, results-driven culture.
- Spearhead initiatives around succession planning, leadership development, and internal mobility.
- Ensure MetroStar’s talent brand reflects our mission, values, and commitment to being an elite employer.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 10+ years of experience leading sales or account teams, with the ability to translate customer-focused sales strategies into recruiting and talent attraction approaches.
- Expertise in government contracting, tech, or consulting industries is strongly preferred.
- A deep understanding of how to leverage analytics, trends, and intelligence to fuel strategic initiatives and programming.
- A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution. You can operate at both the 30,000-foot level and in the weeds.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams with a coaching and mentorship mindset.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, which you maximize to influence and drive change.
- The ability to build talent pipelines and market positioning strategies using techniques leveraged in sales, business development, and client engagement.
- Ability to work out of our Reston, VA HQ 3-5 days per week.
