BRAIN ABOUTS PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER
John Fontaine, Jr. Charity’s (JFJC) mission is to make America’s students safer through education, support, and open minds. Teaching children, adolescents, and the adults in their lives how to make positive decisions and prevent the consequences of engaging in high-risk behaviors.
MISSION OF THIS ROLE
Support the Director of Program Implementation by fostering and maintaining relationships with schools to ensure BrainAbouts® (BA) is providing quality programming that meets the needs of schools and their communities. Assist in training, implementation, data collection, and feedback processes to drive program success and customer retention.
GENERAL DUTIES
• Provide training to educators and school leads on BA programming.
• Support the execution of bi-monthly meetings with leads.
• Deliver BA educational presentations to students, families, and school staff.
• Assist in the development and distribution of the BA newsletter.
• Gather and manage feedback from BAs’ users through surveys and feedback questionnaires
• Organize and manage a cohort of schools, ensuring proper implementation and accurate data capturing for program assessment.
• Maintain a detailed schedule and tracking system to monitor the program and engagement of assigned schools.
• Coordinate with the Technology Team to enhance the BA website for usability and accessibility by educators, schools and families.
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will:
• Have experience managing accounts or partnerships, preferably in educational, nonprofit or business related settings.
• Be a clear and effective communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple school accounts simultaneously.
• Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain positive, long-term professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Exhibit strong presentation and public speaking abilities, with the capacity to engage and educate varied audiences, including educators, students and families.
• Must be detail-oriented and skilled at tracking program adoption, performance measurements, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Show enthusiasm and passion for advancing promoting the social emotional health and wellness of students and school communities.
• Be proactive, solution-oriented, and able to adapt to the evolving needs of schools and program partners.

• This position reports to the Director of Program Implementation.
• Travel to partner schools may be required
