Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing
Develop and publish content across various communication channels (e.g., carousel stories, banners, SharePoint sites, newsletters, digital signage).
Communication Materials
Coordinate communication packs, briefing documents, slides, talking points, and FAQs for enterprise initiatives.
Newsletter Production
Produce internal and external newsletters as needed.
Event Support
Assist with planning and executing events such as town halls, fireside chats, and leadership sessions.
Creative Collaboration
Work with the creative team to fulfill digital and print design needs, including event signage and backdrops.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, or English.
Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role (open to more experienced candidates, but note this is an early-career role).
Strong writing skills with the ability to draft newsletters, video scripts, and stories; review information; and create summaries/talking points.
External communication experience, including creating press releases and newsletters, is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects (3-5) and work independently.
Writing samples are highly desirable.
