Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to execute and manage our marketing initiatives while driving outreach efforts with established and new referral partners. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on "doing" and enjoys balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on tasks.
Referral and Outreach Marketing (10 hours per week):
- Implement a comprehensive referral outreach strategy to build and expand relationships with therapists, healthcare providers, and other potential referral partners.
- Proactively identify, research, and engage potential referral sources, including private practices, clinics, wellness organizations, and community groups.
- Nurture existing referral partnerships through regular communication, updates, and personalized check-ins to strengthen collaboration and maximize value.
- Develop and execute initiatives such as co-branded events, workshops, or exclusive collaborations to enhance engagement with key partners.
- Conduct outreach using a mix of email, phone, LinkedIn Navigator, and in-person meetings to effectively promote Self Space Seattle’s services and mission.
- Represent Self Space Seattle at networking events, community gatherings, and professional workshops to build connections, distribute marketing materials, and raise brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the team to create and host strategic referral events throughout the year, fostering stronger partnerships and showcasing the practice’s expertise.
- Maintain and manage a detailed referral partner database, tracking outreach efforts, relationship status, and follow-up actions to ensure consistency and growth.
- Work closely with leadership to align referral marketing efforts with the practice’s overall growth and business development goals.
- Identify and pursue speaking opportunities for team members or leadership at conferences, panels, or community events to establish authority and credibility in the mental health field.
Content Marketing (8 hours per week):
- Blog/SEO Management: Plan, research, and write informative and engaging blog posts that resonate with our audience, focusing on mental health, wellness, and personal growth topics. Ensure SEO best practices are incorporated to maximize visibility and reach.
- Newsletter Creation: Develop and manage a monthly newsletter to keep referral sources and partners informed about practice updates, events, and valuable resources. Use engaging content and design to enhance readership and retention.
- Content Calendar: Create and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, seasonal themes, and business goals. Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Email Marketing/Nurture Campaigns: Using Hubspot, design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including nurture campaigns for past and current clients and prospects.
- Visual Content: Collaborate on creating visually appealing content, such as infographics, flyers, and brochures, to support campaigns and outreach efforts. Use tools like Canva or Adobe Suite for design.
- Create email signatures and business cards for each therapist
- Analytics and Optimization: Track the performance of blog posts, newsletters, and email campaigns to identify what resonates most with the audience. Use insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
- Collaboration: Work with consultants and team members to integrate content across social media, paid advertising, and referral outreach efforts, ensuring a cohesive and impactful marketing strategy.
Administrative and Strategic Tasks (2 hours per week):
- Coordinate efforts with our social media consultant and provide strategic direction and approve content.
- Collaborate with our paid Google Ads consultant to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics.
- Proactively suggest improvements to campaigns and strategies.
- Assist with other marketing projects as needed.
Monitor Therapist Related Marketing Tasks (as needed):
- Review the initial Bios of each therapist
- Review the Psychology Today profiles of each therapist.
- Update and maximize Yelp and Google online profiles - updating services and photos as needed
- Monitor and help increase the company and therapists Google and Yelp reviews.
- Monitor employee contribution program
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Must have 5+ years in a marketing role, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or professional services.
Location:
- Must be located in the Seattle area - this position is hybrid, with an expectation of being in the office periodically as needed
