About the RoleAs our Communications Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our efforts to keep members informed, engaged, and inspired, while promoting the St. Davids brand to the broader community. This is an opportunity to bring your creative flair to a beautiful and welcoming private club setting.
What You’ll Do- Social Media Management: Operate, improve, and promote our social media channels with engaging content that highlights our events, people, and unique offerings.
- Brand Building: Craft stories and visuals that elevate St. Davids Golf Club’s presence in the public eye.
- Newsletter Production: Create a quarterly newsletter that keeps our members connected and in-the-know about all things St. Davids.
- Event Marketing: Design eye-catching flyers and promotional materials for member events.
- On-Site Coverage: Capture photos and stories from events, staff profiles, and unique happenings. Some nights and weekends are part of the fun as you immerse yourself in the life of the club!
- Website Management: Keep members informed by updating the club website through flyers, calendar updates, and important notices.
What We’re Looking For- A creative and motivated individual who enjoys storytelling through words, photos, and design.
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools is a plus!
- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week, with flexibility for on-site event coverage (including nights and weekends).
