Digital Marketing Specialist (Onsite position)

Overview:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator manages online marketing efforts, including creating content, organizing social media, and analyzing trends. They also manage email campaigns, report on website analytics, and collaborate with other departments. Andersen Sterilizer’s Digital Marketing Coordinator has experience using analytics and data analysis to help curate content for key audiences.
Responsibilities:
·Collaborate with VP of Marketing and Director of Marketing to develop and execute digital strategies, campaigns and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring seamless execution and consistency across all digital channels.
· Work closely with Director of Marketing to help drive visitor engagement, including strategies for social media, content marketing, email marketing, and SEO.
·Work with Director of Marketing to develop, create, and manage the execution of content across various digital channels, including the website, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
· Ensure that all content produced is of high quality, engaging, and aligned with Andersen Sterilizers’ brand voice and messaging.
·Assist with writing for blog stories, e-newsletter content, website copy, and social media posts, with relevant teams/agencies ensuring that all content is accurate, timely, and applicable to the target audience.
· Assist in researching and developing new content ideas and formats, including written articles, audio podcasts, video interviews, and live streaming events.
· Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to analyze content performance metrics and user engagement data, using insights to refine and optimize content strategies for maximum impact.
Website Management
·Manage the website, ensuring all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand standards, including text, images, and multimedia content.
· Maintain an organized database of incoming leads generated through the website.
·Collaborate with the Associate Executive Director to develop and implement website enhancements and new features to improve user experience and engagement.
·Conduct regular audits of the website to identify and rectify any issues or outdated content, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
·Work with internal teams to address technical issues, ensure website security, and implement necessary updates and maintenance tasks.
Social Media and Email Marketing
Work closely with Director of Marketing to develop and execute social media strategies that engage target audiences and promote the Andersen brand.
Third-Party Platforms Management
Manage and optimize various third-party digital platforms, including content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and social media management platforms, to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Advances in Technology and Trends
Must stay abreast of emerging industry trends, innovations, and best practices in the areas of digital marketing, third-party platforms management, digital media, content marketing, website management and optimization.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
· Minimum of one year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
· Functional understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms, including e-marketing techniques and principles.
· Creative and possessing out-of-the-box ideas
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing functions.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Knowledge and understanding of online tools and platforms, including blogs, Hootsuite, Facebook (including META and Facebook ads), Instagram and YouTube.
· Experience working with web content management systems such as WordPress.
· Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
· Photography experience a plus
· Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Team player who understands the need to be flexible and adaptable.
