Office Assistant

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prior experience in the financial industry preferred
Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite

This position requires that you possess the following skills:

Proficient phone skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize and work with a demanding team
Attention to detail
Working knowledge of computers and software
Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities:

Secondary to answering the phones in a friendly, warm manner
Record notes from every client conversation in Redtail
Maintain an organized, compliant and efficient filing system
Sort and distribute all incoming mail
Assist with copying and scanning as requested by the team
Pull appropriate client files when requested by the team
Mail all outgoing correspondence
Greet incoming clients in a professional manner
Have beverages and cookies in-stock for clients
Run errands as necessary
Attend weekly staff meeting
Assist the marketing director
Assist in social media management
Prepare and distribute monthly newsletter
