What the position offers:

What you’ll be doing:

Lead in event planning and meeting management for company events (coordinate events including committee meetings, board meetings, receptions, informal association events)
Maintain association master calendar and participate in meetings with administrative and public policy to execute on calendar.
Organize, promote, and conduct webinars and learning events
Serve internal customers responsible for member communities
Lead in meeting/event promotions and marketing, including mailings
Lead in use and administration of meeting app (Clowder)
Lead in production of meeting materials, working with internal customers (public policy staff and president)
Manage standards for events and hospitality while working with an administrative team to arrange catering and speaker technology needs for presentations
Assist with member outreach tools for member meetings (including online polling and other engagement tactics)
Lead in meeting technology such as Zoom, Higher Logic to maximize customer meeting experience and engagement
Work with administrative support staff on community targeting to serve internal customers
Help produce written content for meetings, events, and communications products, including weekly newsletter
