What You’ll Do

Own LinkedIn & X strategy – Write posts and threads that get seen, shared, and drive real conversations.
Write for and operate an already successful newsletter with 40k subs – Craft emails that hook home service operators and drive action.
Optimize for growth – A/B test, refine content, and double down on what works.
Track and analyze performance – Let the data guide you—then scale what’s winning.
Shape the brand’s voice – Work with our team to craft narratives that keep us top of mind.
Build and segment the audience – Make sure the right people see the right content at the right time.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience growing an audience on X and LinkedIn. You know what works (and what doesn’t).
A sharp, engaging writing style—you make people stop, read, and react.
Newsletter experience—you’ve managed and written for an email newsletter
A data-driven approach—always testing, tweaking, and optimizing for results.
Self-starter energy—you take ownership, move fast, and get things done.
