Job Description: Virtual Assistant

5-15 hours per week, as needed

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing exceptional administrative and organizational support. As a Virtual Assistant, you will handle various tasks that enhance productivity and contribute to the success of our team. Success in this position means maintaining efficient workflows, meeting deadlines, and enabling the organization to focus on strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Communication Management: Draft, edit, and respond to emails and other forms of correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.

- Task Prioritization: Monitor and manage task lists to ensure timely completion of high-priority items.

- Research Assistance: Conduct market research or gather information for projects, reports, or presentations.

- Project Coordination: Collaborate with team members on various projects, tracking progress, and maintaining deadlines.

- Email Newsletter Management: Create, format, and schedule engaging newsletters using Flodesk, ensuring timely delivery to subscribers and alignment with brand messaging.

- Social Content Creation: Develop 2 weekly social media posts, including repurposing podcast videos into engaging Instagram Reels and other platform-optimized content.

- Podcast Editing and Distribution: Edit podcast episodes for quality and clarity, then upload and distribute them across global platforms, ensuring a polished and professional final product.

Qualifications

- Skills:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, task management software).

- Demonstrates self-sufficiency with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle dynamic situations effectively.

- Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or virtual assistant role.

- Experience managing multiple stakeholders or working in a remote team environment is preferred.

- Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field is a plus.
