We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Specialist to support our sales, charter and yacht management teams in the USA. Collaborating with our offices based in Florida and California, the ideal candidate is a result-driven person, unlocking value for IYC on the US market by consolidating our existing position and develop new marketing opportunities.

To be successful in this role, the Marketing Specialist must have experience working with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and strong skills to develop our existing partnerships.

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for connecting an efficient marketing approach to the business strategy, and be able to react fast for any needs required.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Day-to-day Responsibilities would include (but not limited to):

Website landing page creations for yacht shows and specific B2C/B2B needs focusing on yachts' unique selling/chartering points. Globally, technical support for the website and Marketing referring person
Photoshop/InDesign editing training to support time-to-time needs before yacht shows and/or additional requests
Destinations Guide support the PR & Content Manager to update and gather information
Charter Retail documents creation and maintain

Events:

Support and logistics for all US Yacht shows, on-site or remotely in liaison with local teams and the Brand & Events Manager (including but not limited to: Bahamas Charter Show and Miami Palm Beach, San Diego, Newport Beach, Newport Fort Lauderdale, Antigua Charter Show)
Support and logistics for all open days in Florida, California and other locations in the USA; sales, charter or yacht management events
Support of the social media team for all content caption during open days, events, where the Social Media Manager isn’t attending
Direct and daily liaison with the relevant Marketing persons to keep the team updated on those events

Partnerships:

Nurture the existing corporate partnerships in the USA by being the key point of contact for all needs. One of the main action is to be the entry point for any action organized by our partner to dispatch to the Marketing team and US local teams
Develop new partnerships in the USA, in accordance with the company’s strategy
Ensure the partners have the correct visibility during any events organized by the company as per their partnerships contract and company’s duties

Digital mailings/Hubspot:

B2B emailing campaigns creation in Hubspot following requirements expressed in our in-house tool
B2C email templates are to be created following the needs expressed
Content updates (photos, GIFs, texts, links) and submission to people requiring prior schedule
Planning/organization/B2B updates on campaigns
Force of proposal to create new B2C options from B2B campaigns, and vice-versa

Digital mailings:

Duplicating some Hubspot templates especially dedicated for B2C needs to MyIYC + updating sales and charter teams of their availabilities
Planning/organization/B2C updates on campaigns (mostly Retail charter)
Yacht shows invitations to plan, create, deliver, update and maintain prior and during the show periods
Technical support for the IT team, to monitor and report any IT issues found on the software

Admin tasks:

Website regular updates (landing pages creation for boat shows, liaison with sales and charter teams for info, etc.)
Stationery and Merchandising inventory, in direct liaison with the Brand & Events Manager
Content support (Destination Guides in relationships with Charter retail team to gather information; and other tasks to be developed further; template creation and documents updates for sales and charter teams)
Internal/External communication: in charge of the Employee Newsletter (gather content, create the template, approve it and send it on a monthly basis); the Monthly Sales and Charter Central Agencies monthly updates in accordance with the sales and charter teams send in B2B to all brokers’ database
IYC magazine: distribution within the US teams and US-based clients, twice a year once delivered + regular updated deliveries to partners on the US territory and Caribbean

Requirements/Skills

3 years in a similar position is required. Experience with luxury goods is highly preferred.
Experience with Hubspot or other CRM platform is required
Photoshop experience is a plus
Ability to understand marketing insights and strategies to translate into a strong, efficient organization to support sales and charter teams
Proactive and motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team during high peak times
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience
