We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and help us visually communicate the essence of Industry Nine to our customers and community. The Creative Designer for Industry Nine will be responsible for designing compelling visual assets that reflect the Industry Nine brand identity and resonate with the i9 customer base in a cohesive manner. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical design expertise, and an understanding of cycling culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital and print design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling through visuals.

Expectations:

Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
Photography experience is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience and/or knowledge of the outdoor or cycling industry
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
UI/UX design experience a plus
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
5+ years of graphic design experience

Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide creative for newsletter campaigns, social media assets, advertising, website graphics, trade show creative, and more
Maintain, establish, and continue to evolve clear visual brand guidelines and expectations across campaigns
Ensure all creative aligns with Industry Nine brand guidelines and messaging
Collaborate with the IT team to provide creative direction, and website assets
Support product branding by designing logos, packaging, decals, promotional materials, etc.
Design i9 soft goods following industry best practices and trends
