This internship offers hands-on experience with community building at a growing fashion startup.

Internship Overview:

As a Community Manager Intern, your primary focus will be growing and re-engaging our email list and newsletter subscribers, fostering meaningful connections on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and hosting discussions in CHAR's Social Club on Reddit to gather customer insights. This is an incredible opportunity to develop your skills while gaining exposure to brand strategy, customer engagement, and insight-driven marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Help grow and manage CHAR’s email list and newsletter subscribers, ensuring consistent and meaningful engagement.

- Assist with social media content and engagement across **Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook** while maintaining CHAR’s elevated brand tone.

- **Host conversations on Reddit**, creating topics that encourage customer feedback and community participation.

- Monitor and participate in social media conversations, ensuring all interactions align with CHAR’s values and standards.

- Track and report engagement metrics to identify trends and optimize strategies.

- Brainstorm and develop **community-building initiatives** aligned with CHAR’s mission of inclusivity and sustainability.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and writing skills.

- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and Reddit.

- A passion for community building and customer engagement.

- Interest in fashion, marketing, or brand management.

- Ability to work remotely and independently, with strong time management skills.
