We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing brand that is disrupting the floor coatings industry. With 3-5 years of graphic design experience, the successful candidate will be highly creative with the ability to deliver designs that capture and maintain Lifetime Green Coatings’ brand identity.

The Graphic Designer will be part of a fun & collaborative team that is helping to lead Lifetime Green Coatings into the next evolution of growth. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working In a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has an awesome portfolio to share! This job is onsite Monday – Friday in Carmel, IN.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for brochures, flyers, direct mail, print ads, email campaigns, trade show materials, presentations and company newsletter.

Digital Marketing: Design organic social media content, paid digital ads, email campaigns, web layouts/graphics and more.

Learning & Development Design Support: Create and package branded training materials, SOPs, product launch guides and more for our franchise owners and their teams.

Brand Consistency: Maintain and develop company visuals, ensuring all creative materials align with LGC’s brand standards.

In addition, you will:

· Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual content that resonates with our target audience.

· Support our Learning and Development team to launch engaging training materials to our franchisees and their teams

· Produce a wide variety of marketing materials while handling multiple projects simultaneously

· Develop original concepts, as well as repurpose designs that have already been created

· Manage project schedules, priorities, and deadlines to meet project timelines

· Take designs from conceptualization to implementation

· Stay up-to-date with design trends and marketing best practices.

· Collaborate and apply constructive criticism from our team

· Have experience preparing files for print and communicating with printers as needed

· This role is full-time and will require candidates to be on-site in Carmel, IN

Skills / Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).

· Proficient in video editing software

· Proficient in Canva including development of simple animations

· Strong attention to detail and exceptional creativity

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
