We're looking for a part-time administrative assistant to join our growing team! Your mission is to organize our founder’s day and assist with our projects so our team members can efficiently attack the tasks at hand each day.

Job Description / Responsibilities:.

Organize our founder’s multiple email inboxes on a daily basis
Reply to emails that need replies
Star emails that need her attention
Unsubscribe from newsletters, etc.
Assist our founder with calendar organization and appointment setting
Handle routine amazon orders and product fulfillment for our founder and various creators
Work with our clients and team members to fulfill client needs such as newsletter creation & schedules
Manage the company social media accounts (instagram, linkedin, website, etc.)
Communicate with video editors and social media managers to know what has been edited and posted where and when/update correct creator spreadsheets

Experience/Skills:

Demonstrated proficiency in Google Workspace and a willingness to learn new platforms
Incredible communication skills and ability to work seamlessly with a remote team.
Extremely organized - someone who uses spreadsheets on a regular basis
Tech savvy - someone who can use cameras, phones, computers well and pick up new skills easily
Get shit done attitude

Position Details:

Flexible hours - while we do expect to touch base M-F & have team meetings, we're focused on results not WHEN you log in. As long as daily tasks are completed on schedule (some of which are required to be completed at certain times) then flexibility is available.
Hybrid - approx.30-40% of your time may be spent at the Founder’s home in Smyrna, GA but the majority of your work can be done remotely.
Pay - Starting at $15/hr and up. (Note: willing to negotiate with the right candidate)
