Teen Advocacy Going Strong (TAGS) is a local nonprofit thrift store and creative workspace providing teens and young adults opportunities to learn business, entrepreneur, and artistic skills. We are searching for an experienced part-time Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Executive Director (ED). The ideal candidate is self-motivated, resourceful, and enjoys working in an environment that is mission-driven, community oriented and youth focused. The EA should possess strong communication, organizational and networking skills.

Responsibilities

· Administrative - managing calendar, Google Drive filing system, community relations, and Donor/Funder base

· Event Planning – assist ED in coordinating fundraising and community events, manage budgets, manage vendors

· Outreach – work collaboratively on social media content, website updates, newsletter, grant research, sponsorships, promotional videos, SEO, CRM, and expanding donor base

Qualifications

· Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant experience

· Proficient in Google Suite: Drive, Docs, Sheets and Calendar

· Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word

Experience with the following is a plus

· Canva

· Wix

· QuickBooks

· Nonprofits

Semi- flexible part-time schedule. Additional hours during peak periods. Pay is dependent on experience.
