#### Overview:
The Campaign is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will help streamline communication, manage schedules, and ensure that campaign priorities are met efficiently. This role is critical in maintaining the operational flow of the campaign and ensuring that the candidate stays focused on his primary activities of fundraising and voter engagement.

#### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Email Management**:
- Monitor and manage multiple email accounts and the campaign website messages.
- Respond to simple emails and escalate important messages as necessary.
- Create and maintain a to-do list for the candidate based on email communications.

2. **Scheduling and Calendar Management**:
- Schedule events, especially high-priority ones such as endorsement interviews and meetings with large donors.
- Coordinate and calendar meetings at Downtown Portland coffee shops or other relevant locations.

3. **Accountability and Data Management**:
- Ensure uploads new contact data.
- Remind and assist in sending thank you notes

4. **Call List Management**:
- Prepare and manage a call list

5. **Newsletter Distribution**:
- Assist in preparing and sending newsletters to the contact list using the campaign's bulk email program.

6. **Social Media Coordination**:
- Act as a liaison between the social media manager and John Toran to ensure smooth communication and content approval.

7. **Phone Sessions**:
- Schedule and manage phone sessions twice a week to facilitate campaign-related communications.

8. **Support for Campaign Activities**:
- Support JT in his prime activities including fundraising, meeting voters, and walking with voters two days per week
