Position Overview:
PLC Commercial is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to oversee and manage a variety of marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our commercial real estate listings, enhancing brand awareness, and maintaining our online presence. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing both in-house marketing projects and coordinating with external vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials. This role will involve a mix of creative, digital, and community-focused tasks to support our growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Flyers/Pitchbooks:
- Oversee the production and timely distribution of marketing materials such as flyers and pitchbooks.
- Manage external design resources (such as Pixels) or create materials in-house to ensure brand consistency across all platforms (print, digital, etc.).
- Coordinate marketing tools such as printed materials for meetings, links to property listings on Crexi, e-blasts, and other distribution channels.
Social Media:
- Develop and manage a social media strategy across all platforms.
- Create regular content posts as well as special announcements.
- Arrange to produce high-quality visuals and engaging posts that align with the company’s marketing goals.
Website Management:
- Oversee the content on the company’s website.
- Work with external website maintenance providers to ensure smooth functionality and regularly update website photos, text, and links.
- Keep content fresh and up to date, linking to relevant industry news and articles.
Newsletter Production:
- Collect and manage content for the company’s monthly newsletter.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a well-curated newsletter and promote its distribution to current and potential clients.
Branded Merchandise:
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of branded merchandise.
- Identify targeted products that promote the PLC Commercial brand and oversee the logistics of their distribution.
Community Engagement:
- Represent PLC Commercial at local and regional events to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
- Participate in networking opportunities and community initiatives to expand the company’s presence in the market.
Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools or software, or the ability to manage external design resources.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of website content management and newsletter platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
