Position Overview:

The Internal Communications intern will support the Corporate Communications department with editing, writing and content publishing and production assignments. This individual must be able to work independently and wear multiple hats to support a variety of projects.

We do it by telling creative and inspiring stories about our company, our people, and the impact of our work. Our team of marketing, digital, creative and research professionals work in partnership with the PR/Media, business, and technology teams to distill complex concepts into engaging stories about how we shape and evolve the housing market.
Your Impact:
- Give a voice to our mission and people: Writing headlines, summaries and short articles for internal communications channels (Intranet, daily newsletter)
- Applying visual and journalistic techniques for effective and engaging storytelling, including photography, graphics, headlines, takeaways. Edit Internal Communications copy to ensure adherence to style guide.
- Help employees to be engaged: Assisting the production team in the publishing and reporting work Assisting the events team in events management.
Qualifications:
- Currently working towards a undergraduate degree in communications or related field; preferably program with a strong writing emphasis.
- Graduating in December 2025 or May 2026
- Excellent written and oral communications skills Experience in effective, inspiring, inventive visual storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, take direction and work collaboratively
Keys to Success in this Role:
- Ability to build relationships, listen and ask questions.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communications skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Team first mentality. Interns are paid at a set, non-negotiable hourly rate. The hourly rate for this role is $32/hr

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $54,000 - $82,000 . All interns positions are paid at an hourly rate, which can be found in the body of the job description.
