Reality Labs (RL) is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Global Telco Channel Marketing Manager team. This exciting and crucial new role will be responsible to support establishing the rhythm of business for new channels, aligning with current operating channels in the region, adapting and integrating existing processes to be used as part of the business cadence.
This Operations Manager will be responsible to understand the needs of the existing and new channels, defining the initial setup for the development of processes and tools required by the expanding Sales Teams, ensuring the needed data sources, reporting, CRM requirements are met.
You will need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment working across Meta Sales Operations, Demand Planning, Channel Operations, Channel Marketing, Marcom and at the same time, working with our internal cross functional teams.
- Defining core planning processes, developing core documents, KPIs and rhythm of business of the telco channel
- Supporting the Sales Operations Lead to manage the Sales rhythm of business
- Co-ordinating Account Reviews and partner meetings ensuring all XFN teams are briefed, prepared and ready for a smooth delivery
- Support in planning the forecasting cycle
- Support in creating the weekly newsletter, making sure all main Sales updates are captured, as well as those coming from the cross-functional team
- Supporting the Sales Operations Lead with the Integrated Channel Planning process to ensure global alignment whilst yet meeting global needs
- Managing/facilitating key retail meetings and supporting Sales Managers
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in Sales Operations/Enablement role.
- Experience working in large Sales organizations and Tech companies
- Demonstrated presentation skills both in person and through expression.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related.
