What You'll Do
- Project Management - Coordinate the marketing project list, calendar and workflow for the Marketing Department.
- *Implement a company-wide project request system.
- Dealer Co-op - Oversee the dealer co-op program (review/approve co-op requests, communicate with dealers, work with finance dept on co-op budgets, etc.)
- Copywriting - Assist with writing/editing and proofing of copy for marketing campaigns.
- Email Campaign Support - support all elements for a graphic designer for Mailchimp email campaigns.
- Vendor Relations - Provide support for the fulfillment of all printed items (coordinate with printers on orders, printing, and delivers of items.)
- Quarterly Newsletter - Lead the charge on newsletter deadlines and manage the production calendar for this communication item. Gather content (articles, copy, photos, etc.), have items proofed, coordinate production with the design team, and publish newsletters.
- Media Relations/Press Releases - Coordinate content and distribution of press releases and other media requests with our PR firm.
- Budget & credit card statement - manage the upkeep of marketing receipts, budgets, and other financial items to help keep us on budget.
What We're Looking For
- Detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills
- Excellent writing and communication ability Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- General office application ability to work in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience in marketing/creative work
- Compact construction equipment industry a plus
