- Invoicing & Payments: Oversee invoicing procedures, ensure timely payment processing, and prepare comprehensive expense reports.
- Client Support: Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and organization of both virtual and in-person events as needed.
- Email Management: Organize and prioritize email communications, ensuring urgent matters are addressed swiftly while maintaining order.
- Document Management: Aid in the creation, organization, and maintenance of procedural documents and workflows.
- Newsletter Management: Facilitate the organization and distribution of newsletters to clients and contacts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
