Essential Functions
- Lead Diverse Marketing Projects: Develop messaging, content, and campaigns that resonate with audiences and align with property goals.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with third-party agencies, hotel partners, and internal teams to drive results together.
- Craft Creative Content: Focus on copywriting, public relations support, and developing compelling social media strategies, as well as creating marketing campaigns that engage and inspire.
- Be the Voice of the Brand: Oversee creative assets and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Support New Launches: Play a pivotal role in the launch of new hotels and dining outlets, crafting strategies that bring these properties to life.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Research market trends and digital consumer behaviors to develop innovative promotional opportunities.
- Drive Results: Help grow social media accounts, manage newsletter databases, and track performance to ensure we’re achieving marketing goals.
Qualification
Education & Experience
- 3+ years of marketing experience in the hospitality industry (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, and public relations (preferred).
- Food & beverage marketing experience (preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, WordPress, and Canva.
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet critical deadlines.
- A self-starter with excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and exert up to 20 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
