REOP’s mission is for the agent and client to fall in love with real estate again. We provide sales support, client services, and contract to closing support for our client agents. We are passionate about providing the services at an exceptional level, every time. When problems occur, we take a proactive approach.

The ideal person for this position will apply a consistent ability to accomplish every detail both well and on time with minimal supervision. This individual will also bring their brain to work - noticing inefficiencies and opportunities to provide better service more effectively in terms of both outcome and cost. The ideal applicant should anticipate managing one or more virtual assistants as workload grows.
Specific tasks:
Manage the agent support systems. These include but are not limited to:
Ensure a weekly call list is sent to all client agents
Create a monthly e-newsletter to agent databases
Create a monthly postcard to agent databases
Manage contract to closing for client agent’s clients
Implement the Surprise and Delight program for every closing
Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
Keep the director informed of all problems and issues beyond your ability or authorization to handle.
Essential duties:
Manage the elements of the CRM platform.
Manage the Contract to Closing process, including the Surprise and Delight campaign
Hands-on management and control of the contract to closing process
Managing supplies necessary for contract to closing and the surprise and delight program.
Ensure documents are submitted to the title company for payment to both agent and REOP.
Communications/interactions:
Daily with leadership team
Agent clients and their real estate clients - as needed to solve agent issues and conduct contract to closing and the surprise and delight program.
Attend weekly company meetings on zoom and occasional in-person meetings.
Management responsibilities:
As REOP grows, be responsible for hiring and training additional staff.
Manage communications between your area of responsibility and our agent clients.
Knowledge/skill:
Desire to own the operations for a startup through becoming a $10 M operation.
Strong written and verbal skills. The ideal applicant will be able to handle problems and complaints without emotion and always seek a ‘win-win’ solution.
Strong organizational skills to manage varying workloads and to ensure all the required steps in the CRM platform are completed on time and to the client’s delight.
A great ability to focus on details until each task is completed.
Remain calm in all situations. The goal is to always be the adult in the room and focus on solutions rather than issues.
Willing to learn and acquire new skills.

Education. High School Graduate
Compensation:
Beginning salary $3500k per month.
