Salary range: $220,000 - $280,000 + bonus

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to spearhead our mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives within the data center sector in the United States.
As the Head of M&A you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions that align with our growth objectives. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead high-impact projects in a rapidly growing industry, working closely with senior leadership, investment teams, and technical experts.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the M&A strategy for data center projects in alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
• Identify and source potential acquisition opportunities through industry relationships, market research, and partnerships.
• Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the data center sector.
• Lead end-to-end M&A transactions, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiations, and integration planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate technical, financial, legal, and operational aspects of potential transactions.
• Develop detailed financial models, risk assessments, and business cases for potential acquisitions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity, with a strong focus on energy infrastructure or data centers.
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex M&A transactions from inception to completion.
• Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
