About the role:
As the Senior Manager of Digital Content and Social Media at Fidens, you will drive innovation and industry leadership across our social channels, building a holistic integrated strategy to achieve key business objectives. In this role, the Senior Manager of Social Media will leverage data to optimize performance and explore new ways to drive engagement to cement the brand's position as a leading brewery in upstate New York.
Strategy & Planning:
- Lead the development of platform strategies, including updating playbooks and best practices tailored to Fiden’s unique brand identity, as well as launch plans for emerging platforms
- Partner with the Fiden’s leadership team to establish goals that ladder up to business objectives for the year and consists of: competitive benchmarking, KPI measurement framework, campaign and trend tracking, as well as creative analysis
- Oversee content calendar and strategy to align with product launches, events, activations and other brand initiatives that require social media integration
- Partner with key stakeholders to share platform best practices, standardize measurements, and drive local content strategies
- Drive the planning and execution of our social media strategy, aligning with product launches, brand initiatives, and events
Social Platform & Content Creation:
- Drive strategy and execution of marketing initiatives through content storytelling, ensuring a consistent brand message across platforms, including Newsletter Drafting, Facebook, Instagram, and others, to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Lead ideation and innovation on social, identifying trends and cultural moments relevant to Fiden’s audience
- Create community building and user generated content strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement
- Establish a clear content and amplification strategy for Ambassador partners in partnership with PR, and collaborate on building extensions to amplify efforts across other mediums
- Identify relevant social media trends and cultural moments that translate into unique and ownable concepts for the brand
- Monitor, measure and analyze the performance of content distribution channels to enable continuous learning, program optimization
About you:
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in social media marketing and communications, with a focus on food & beverage brands (Beer industry experience preferred)
- Photography, videography and copyright experience necessary
- Proven track record of running successful social media campaigns and fostering communities
- Highly creative with the ability to develop new ideas that resonate with Fiden’s audience
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence key stakeholders
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Some travel may be required
