Position Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in driving growth and engagement across all Kith-owned channels. They will be a strategic thinker, able to bring a creative vision to the role while staying focused on business objectives. They will possess a deep understanding of the Kith brand and the fashion, retail, and lifestyle space, and will be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will inspire creativity and collaboration among team members while delivering measurable results that drive the business forward. The Digital Marketing Strategist will ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing initiatives and will foster and maintain strong relationships with platform reps to keep Kith informed of new and emerging platforms and tools. This role will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with the content team to ensure a cohesive brand message across all Kith-owned channels.
Primary Responsibilities
- Planning, executing, testing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing strategies across Kith-owned digital channels (Email, SMS, Push Notifications (App)).
- Build all US Newsletter campaigns, support build & execution of EU & CA Newsletter campaigns.
- Maintain marketing flows and optimize where needed.
- Schedule, coordinate, and track all digital communications.
- Strategically leverage audience behavior and insights to implement thoughtful segmentation and diversified communications across platforms; Identify new opportunities/ viable platforms as possible revenue streams.
- Leverage data insights to inform content recommendations and optimize marketing strategies, with a focus on delivering measurable results
- Collaborate with retail and merchandizing teams to strategically repromote Kith products and services, increasing the visibility of collections past launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, driving growth and engagement across all channels
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with platform reps (Klayvio) to ensure Kith is aware of new and emerging platform updates
Special Projects/Tasks
- Will work on all Kith releases, overseeing our 3rd party retail brands and footwear.
- Opportunity to work with partners to ensure cohesive digital alignment
- Periodic updating/upgrading of flow-based communications
Experience
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing or advertising, with expertise in traditional and digital marketing
- Klaviyo, Shopify, Dropbox, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, Figma
- A clear understanding of the customer's mindset behind email, sms and push notifications.
- Deep understanding of the Kith brand and customer, as well as the fashion, retail, and lifestyle space
Skills
- Strong knowledge and experience using digital platforms, including Klayvio, Figma and Notion or similar platforms.
- Shopify, Dropbox, Google Sheets, Slack
