We're currently looking for an energetic
Digital Media Manager with experience in the downloadable desktop software space (PC apps, VPNs, Anit-Virus, browser extensions, password managers, etc.) to support our paid media team in identifying paid media opportunities, campaign execution, ad management, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is flexible, organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct research to identify new media channels and engage in publisher outreach, including but not limited to CPA, CPC, CPI, and CPD partners
- Negotiate media buys and insertion orders (IOs)
- Manage the onboarding of new publishers, which includes UTM setup, source code generation, creative requests and trafficking, quality control of tracking links, and measurement tags
- Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns
- Develop and brainstorm innovative marketing campaign ideas and strategies
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of relevant documentation and reports, and distribute them to the appropriate team members
- Stay informed about key marketplaces and emerging media landscapes, providing regular overviews
What You Need For This Position
- Media buying experience in the downloadable software industry (e.g., PC apps, VPNs, Anit-Virus, browser extensions, password managers, etc.)
- Experience in creating and executing multi-platform digital marketing/media campaigns (including Programmatic Display, PPC, Paid Social, DSPs, CPC, CPI, CPD, email/newsletter partnerships)
- Ability to drive the analytical process for reviewing and recommending creative optimization and audience targeting
- Ability to multitask and meet campaign deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related
- BONUS SKILLS: Copywriting and visual design skills
