Position: Advertising Review and Policy Compliance Intern
Reporting to: Compliance Manager
Location: Topeka, KS - Onsite
Overview
Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of compliance? In this exciting role, you’ll contribute to our monthly newsletter, sharing essential updates and insights with the team. You'll also research and summarize key regulatory enforcement actions, keeping us ahead of the curve. Plus, you’ll work alongside our Advertising Review team, assisting with post-review audits of advertising materials—helping to ensure that our messaging aligns with industry standards.
What You’ll Do
Review and analyze social media advertising
Review and summarize regulatory enforcement actions for dissemination
Assist with gathering internal compliance metrics for summarization and dissemination
Manage compliance projects independently
Experience You’ll Bring
Self-starter
Ability to take ownership of projects
Exceptional problem determination skills with a high attention to detail
Confident, professional and articulate written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Points
Completed coursework in corporate compliance, business transactions, or other related topics
Previous experience in business law, particularly securities, insurance, or compliance law
