Manatt’s Marketing, Business Development and Communications Team is rapidly expanding to meet growing needs. We are looking for a Marketing Technology Coordinator to join our dynamic team to help drive and execute our CRM and online marketing initiatives. This position requires someone who can produce high-quality work, while not losing sight of the smallest detail of a project. The position reports to the Senior Marketing Technology Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Web Content Posting and Curation
- Update content on external website and intranet daily
- Post press coverage, Firm news, articles, events, bios, job opportunities and awards, and update practice pages in a timely manner
- Assist with web development, including building templated pages and brainstorming creative solutions for sharing and curating content
- Generate website analytics, and create data reports with actionable insights
- Maintain Word and PDF versions of updated marketing materials
- Resize and catalog images in media library; ensure consistency and brand compliance with image usage for internal and external platforms
Email Marketing
- Work with email marketing program (Pardot) to create newsletters, webinar invitations, and internal and external announcements
- Format newsletters, obtain approvals, export mailing lists and schedule distributions
- Analyze and report on newsletter readership statistics
- Manage subscribers and bounced emails, updating opt-ins and opt-outs in CRM database
- Work with events team to coordinate and implement technological components of webinar invitations and other event campaigns
CRM and Database Steward
- Proactively update contacts database (Salesforce) by categorizing and filtering contacts, importing and exporting lists, and maintaining general data hygiene
- Generate mailing lists and run reports and searches on an as-needed basis
- Generate and review scheduled database audits to ensure quality and accuracy of reportable data
- Leverage additional data enrichment tools to consistently and methodically keep contacts up to date
- Meticulously research, correct and enter new contact data; resolve duplicates and bounce backs
- Work with lateral hires to add contacts to mailing lists; send announcements
- Document data-related processes and procedures for reference and other knowledge-based training
- Input and ensure accuracy of matters for the firm’s Experience Management system
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems or computer science (preferred)
- Two to three years of related work experience, preferably in a professional services or B2B environment
- Superior client service skills and demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service
- Willingness to work collaboratively as a member of a team, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Desire to grow in the position and as a contributing member to the marketing and business development team
- High-speed data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail are required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels within the Firm
- Strong time management skills and flexibility to pivot based on department needs
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, complete projects on tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with website content management systems and related tools
- Experience with HTML
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar software
- Able to work in-office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) and more as needed; Ability to be flexible, with occasional long nights, early mornings and weekends as needed
Highly Recommended
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO best practices
- Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and Pardot (Account Engagement)
- Current Salesforce certifications are a plus
- Experience with Kontent.ai or similar content management systems
The base annual pay range for this role is between $60,000-$67,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. A full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
