Job Summary
Support the day-to-day strategy and execution of the organization's digital presence. Assist with creating and implementing content across various digital channels, including websites, email, social media, podcasts, and video campaigns, while aligning with broader communication and business objectives.
Essential Functions
- Execute digital communication strategies to improve design, functionality, engagement, and performance across internal and external platforms.
- Contribute to web content development and SEO strategies.
- Assist with newsletter content creation and distribution.
- Implement social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube).
- Support email communication efforts, including editorial planning, content development, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members across the organization to ensure alignment and effective information sharing.

Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse groups.
- Expertise in email communications and knowledge of global data compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in SEO, web-based CMS (e.g., Drupal), HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Experience with social media tools and digital communication platforms (e.g., Salesforce, marketing cloud, video/audio production).
- Familiarity with AP style is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Competency in project management and timeline management.
- A quiet, dedicated workspace is required, along with compliance with technology and safety standards.
- Ability to occasionally travel for meetings or events.
