Key Responsibilities

- Client/Customer Follow-up: Engaging with clients via phone, social media, Zoom, Google Meet, email, and more.
- Document Creation: Crafting, proofreading, and editing presentations and various documents.
- Data Entry: Accurately entering and managing data.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel plans as needed.
- Event Planning Support: Assisting in the organization of events.
- CRM Management: Upkeeping client relationship management systems.
- Email Newsletter Support: Aiding in the creation and distribution of newsletters.
- Social Media Management: Supporting the management of social media accounts.
- Workflow Creation: Establishing processes to boost efficiency.
- Reporting: Generating spreadsheets or reports as required.
- Personal Assistance: Providing support with personal tasks when necessary.
- Software Support: Offering training on new software and making informed recommendations.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency with internet and computer applications, including a typing speed of at least 50 WPM with accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative or creative field.
- Availability to commit to at least 40 hours each month (approximately 10 hours per week).
- Must be willing to enter into a one-year working agreement.
- Candidates must be able to pass background and reference checks.
