Responsibilities
- Trends Research & Strategy
- Serve as the R&D control tower for the company, providing regular insights and implications to all employees.
- Publish research on logistics industry trends through an enterprise-wide newsletter.
- Introduce new logistics technologies, such as logistics robots and unmanned forklifts, to enhance operational efficiency.
- New Biz & Tech Development
- Develop and implement new business initiatives and innovative technologies to drive efficient operations and company-wide growth.
- Enter the used-battery recycling logistics market, expanding business opportunities with support from U.S. Government funding.
- SCM Consulting
- Prepare presentations and reports for clients based on analytical findings, including RFPs for both short-term and long-term improvements.
- Communicate and cooperate with clients from multinational countries to provide management consulting solutions and services.
- Generate revenues and profits by initiating consulting sales for external logistics companies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret extensive data to make actionable recommendations.
- Proficient in the latest software tools and technologies, with an insight into logistics automation and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and business development, with a track record of driving growth and efficiency improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and collaborate with teams across multinational settings.
- Fluency in English and Korean preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed for business meetings and client consultations.
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office (requiring 3 days of in-office attendance/week) as per project and team coordination needs.
The base salary for the position ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on your experience, qualifications, and skill set.
