Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
- Proven ability to create highly effective sales teams and lead them to success.
- Player and coach mentality and leadership style with high energy and positivity while holding your team accountable.
- Strong solution seeker to obstacles and opportunities that come up in various forms
- Effectively build relationships and rapport with decision-makers and clients.
- GTM initiatives to enter new markets and elevate the business with new partnerships.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
- At least ten years of successful sales-driven and management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous proptech and/or real estate experience with a solid book of business is required.
- Ability to lead a team, roll up your sleeves, and see the big picture strategically.
- Strong communication to build rapport and relationships with decision-makers
- Must be able to travel up to 60%+ of the time
Perks and Benefits You'll Receive:
- Base Compensation Range - $150K - $200K + Based on Experience
- Incentivising bonus structure
