Role Overview
As Product Marketing Manager, you will own the product marketing function from strategy to execution, playing a pivotal role in bringing new product features to market and optimizing the performance of our existing Final Offer solution. You will partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to craft compelling product narratives for agents, brokers and the consumer, build robust go-to-market strategies, and ensure successful product upgrades and adoption. Your primary role is to craft compelling content to drive awareness and increase adoption.

What You'll Do
Go-to-Market Leadership:
- Lead the development of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new market launches as Final Offer rolls out across the country as well as new product features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product readiness, launch excellence, and consistent brand messaging.
- Unify website messaging with clear value proposition through case studies, product features, and customer testimonials.
Product Positioning & Messaging:
- Develop and refine product positioning, ensuring alignment with customer segments and market trends.
- Craft compelling narratives that clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Translate this understanding of customer segments into clear value props, messaging, and marketing claims that communicate our value with internal teams as well as external website.
- Create regular outbound communication tailored to segments, through newsletter or other mediums.
- Create and trigger relevant, in product messaging to increase upgrades and product adoption.
- Develop and launch consumer awareness campaigns.
Market Research & Customer Insights:
- Conduct market analysis and leverage customer insights to guide product development and marketing strategies.
- Identify customer pain points and tailor messaging that resonates with specific audiences.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop and deliver resources that empower our sales teams to effectively communicate product value.
- This includes creating sales collateral, pitch decks, and product training materials.
Data-Driven Marketing:
- Use data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies for optimized performance.
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Own the marketing strategy for products throughout their lifecycle, from launch to maturity.
- Drive demand generation and customer retention for our solutions.
Collaboration:
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to ensure alignment between product development and market needs.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing within a technology-driven industry (real estate technology experience is required).
- Strong track record of successfully leading product marketing strategies from ideation to execution in B2B and a plus if B2C.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to distill products into clear, compelling narratives.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience conducting market research and leveraging insights to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Proven ability to drive sales enablement and improve product adoption.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing based on insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate technology or a related field.
- Expertise in launching and marketing SaaS products.
- Knowledge of modern marketing tools and techniques, including CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
