Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who excels in managing marketing resources, coordinating team activities, and driving growth through strategic campaigns. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of marketing experience, be fluent in English, and have a strong understanding of both organic and paid marketing strategies. Experience working with US-based clients is a plus.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Resource Coordination:
- Collaborate with video editors and other marketing resources.
- Oversee the production and editing of marketing videos to align with campaign goals.
- Develop script frameworks and finalize them based on social media benchmarks.
- Create and manage workflows for social media content, including editing long videos into shorter clips.
- Ad Coordination:
- Manage the creation and deployment of ads using existing video content.
- Ensure ads are effectively targeted to drive engagement and conversions.
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee all social media activities, ensuring engaging and consistent content.
- Coordinate with team members on video creation and social media edits.
- Manage digital content follow-up and strategies.
- Campaign Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Manage campaigns for events, create promotional images in Canva, and post on social media.
- Enhance email campaigns and sequences to align with the company's value proposition.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Present campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Create an internal newsletter with updates, new features, and team celebrations.
- Organic Growth:
- Enhance SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and generate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
- Manage and optimize organic growth strategies across digital channels.
- Lead Monetization:
- Develop strategies to monetize non-marketing-qualified leads (non-MQLs) by offering new services.
- Create and manage email campaigns and other marketing tactics to convert non-MQLs.
- Monitor and improve the performance of email campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in a marketing role.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating marketing resources, including video editors.
- Proven ability to manage client interactions and gather insights.
- Expertise in email campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in social media management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data-driven insights.
- Understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies.
- Experience managing paid campaigns with budgets exceeding $10,000 per month.
- Curiosity and awareness of current marketing trends.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage and execute monthly event promotions.
- Measure and improve the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with customer success teams for event management and client outreach.
