We are excited to invite applications for a Program Coordinator role! This position plays a vital part in enhancing access to quality healthcare in Southern New Hampshire, particularly in underserved areas. You will support various programs aimed at improving the distribution of primary health care professionals through community partnerships and educational opportunities.
As a Program Coordinator, you will help coordinate and manage continuing education for health professionals, implement self-management programs, and engage with community outreach. Your role will also involve creating and promoting social media content and managing various technologies and software tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Education Coordination: Facilitate continuing education activities for health professionals, liaise with program partners and faculty, manage evaluations, and assist with data collection and reporting.
- Program Implementation: Lead workshops, conduct community outreach, prepare for Network meetings, and collect and report on program evaluation data for evidence-based self-management programs.
- Social Media and Technology Management: Develop and promote content for our social media platforms, manage our website, and create the monthly AHEC Blitzmail newsletter. Use tools like Canva, Zoom, Formstack, and Survey Monkey to support program activities.
- Workforce Development: Assist with health career awareness programs and other related workforce development and training initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office technology and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a respect for diverse perspectives.
