***This is a part-time, 3-5 hours/day, 5 days/week, IN-OFFICE position***
Summary:
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as curating, formatting and distributing daily industry newsletter, running reports, reviewing social media accounts and drafting posts, managing deadlines and deliverables, proofreading and other tasks as needed.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two+ years undergraduate degree preferred.
Weekly tasks
- Curate, format and distribute Newsletter
- Review LinkedIn and Twitter feeds for Navitaire responses, draft replies and/or posts.
- Assist with monthly customer newsletter (compile assets, draft content, etc.)
- Customer conference assistance (registration/hotel reporting, visa letters, administrative tasks as requested)
- Proofreading, editing, etc.
- Review content for Facebook posts for customer conference
Relevant work experience
- At least one year of experience in administrative, event planning or marketing roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
- Analytical, high attention to detail
- Previous event management or marketing experience a plus.
