Description
The Organizational Change Manager Lead will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of new systems. This includes forming change networks and super user communities, ensuring leaders guide their teams through change, and creating engaging communication to involve all stakeholders and change recipients. The ultimate goal is to achieve a high user adoption rate and realize ROI from the new system implementation.
This role will support the ongoing rollout of Salesforce (CRM, CPQ, Case Management) across the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication
- Own the communication plan and strategy.
- Ensure the communication plan is understood by the project team and gather input from project members.
- Craft communication materials and tools to share clear and concise information in a timely manner with key stakeholders.
- Actively support project areas with their communication needs.
- Coordinate the regular creation of a newsletter and develop posters & updates.
- Prepare content for existing project and business town hall meetings to share relevant information.
- Change Management
- Create awareness of change behaviors and address change resistance within the project.
- Work with identified change-resistant stakeholders throughout the phases of change to help them reach the desired state.
- Collaborate closely with the program director regarding findings and outcomes of communication or change management efforts.
- Hold regular reviews with the Business Readiness lead and work stream leads to track progress against business readiness plans, focusing on Change Management activities.
- Ensure Change Impact Assessments and Job Analysis are completed and communicated.
- Stakeholder Management
- Own stakeholder management with a clear understanding of project support for each stakeholder.
- Conduct regular interviews with stakeholders and provide content for all updates.
- Training Design and Delivery
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design engaging training using tools like WalkMe and online learning platforms.
- Provide training to department managers or Super users about change management to support the organization during transitions.
- Review training and business readiness plans and guide project teams.
- Change Agent Lead
- Identify, engage, and facilitate employee change networks across sites, geographies, and functions.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as an OCM expert in a global matrix corporate environment.
- Demonstrable success in creating and executing effective organizational change management strategies at both enterprise and project levels.
- Strong track record of leading and executing change management programs in complex system implementations with positive results.
- Excellent relationship management skills, capable of interacting effectively at all levels in a matrix organization.
- Driven self-starter who operates independently and is comfortable making decisions.
- High degree of commercial acumen with a solid understanding of IT and commercial processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence others with credibility and gravitas.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Change management qualification (e.g., Prosci, APMG, or equivalent).
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Organizational Change Management or related career experience.
- Consulting or business experience of at least 5 years.
- Industry experience in medical devices, pharma, or regulated industries, or working with equivalent sales teams for a minimum of 3 years.
