Description
We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to support initiatives aimed at enhancing access to quality healthcare in Southern New Hampshire, particularly in underserved areas. This role is crucial for improving the availability and distribution of primary healthcare professionals through community-based partnerships, training opportunities, and health careers awareness programs for high school students.
Position Details
- Type: Full-time
- Location: Primarily remote, but must be within commuting distance to Raymond, NH, and southern NH for in-person work and program events.
- Starting Rate: $24.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities related to continuing education for healthcare professionals, including liaising with program partners and faculty, facilitating evaluations, taking meeting minutes, and assisting with data collection and reporting.
- Manage evidence-based self-management programs, including leading workshops, conducting community outreach, preparing for network meetings, and collecting and reporting on evaluation data.
- Create and promote engaging social media content for program platforms.
- Use technology to manage the website, create a monthly newsletter, and utilize various software programs (e.g., Canva, Zoom, Formstack, SurveyMonkey).
- Support workforce development and training initiatives, including health career awareness programs and other related projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office technology and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent diplomacy skills and respect for diverse perspectives.
