The ideal candidate will be responsible for controlling the brand consistency of all digital and physical marketing materials, providing online and offline event support, and collaborating with both the US Sales team, internal managers, and international marketing division to execute effective marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Organize and assist in webinars using WebEx, MS Teams, and other platforms. This would include events announcement, preparation of presentations and polls, being a moderator at the online event, analysis of attendance reports and follow-ups.
- Execute photo and video shooting on the production site to keep up to date content on media pages.
- Work with HR to provide new hire swag for orientation and other employee appreciation events.
- Optimize and maintain the company’s LinkedIn accounts (company page, key personal pages).
- Create and manage regular internal and external newsletter and survey campaigns using Mailchimp, Survey Monkey or other programs.
- Responsible for website optimization (managing role).
- Regularly coordinate with sales team to generate marketing content contributing to brand awareness and recognition.
- Coordinate with a network of Reps to provide them with necessary marketing materials.
- Process incoming leads from social media and other marketing resources.
- Organize and plan trade shows, special events, and conferences to showcase products and amplify messaging.
- Review publications in industry specific offline resources.
- Coordinate and champion tours and plant visits to include meals, marketing materials, and any other needed items.
- Update or rebrand presentations, catalogues, sample books, business cards, and other print or e-materials.
- Recognize and develop other tasks contributing to brand recognition (reels branding, etc.).
- Keep updated inventory of marketing materials on site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, linguistics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail.
- Ability to work across diverse teams, required.
- Ability to travel to tradeshows and other company events.
