Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and the Business Development Team to keep the firm’s website content and marketing collateral up-to-date;
- Regularly update lawyer bios, both for pitches and website;
- Work closely with the Lead Marketing Technology Specialist to maintain firm’s experience database, developing a deep understanding of the firm’s matters;
- Assist in formatting and disseminating client alerts, including through the firm’s Passle online blogging platform; train lawyers on how to use Passle;
- Work with partners to update their LinkedIn profiles;
- Support the firm’s social media and internal newsletter content collection and distribution;
- Organize photo shoots for new hires;
- Assist the Senior Graphics Design Specialist with design requests, including social media graphics, flyers and PowerPoint presentations.
- Work with Events Team to support email marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in law firm marketing, communications, or business development.
- Highly proficient digital skills, including in web-based research platforms and Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, website CMS, experience management databases, and email marketing software.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Salary range based on experience level and location is estimated to be in the range of $55,000-70,000.
